We are 100% scratch and 100% fresh
Joe Donut is a locally -owned, artisan donut shop that focuses on chef-made, small-batch, craft donuts that rotate based on seasonality. We’re a 100% scratch bakery, so we use nothing but the highest quality ingredients and make everything in house! Naturally, we don’t use any artificial ingredients in anything we make, because, well – that’s gross! If we wouldn’t serve it to our own family, we definitely wouldn’t serve it to yours! All of our yeast-raised donuts are based on our 24 hr Brioche recipe which is buttery, insanely flavorful and fluffy. Our old fashioned cake donuts are a little crunchy on the outside, soft & moist on the inside and from time to time we’ll even fold fresh fruit and other things into them!

Coffee? Yep, we’ve got you covered! We serve Locally Roasted Big Shoulders Coffee and have crafted a coffee menu that focuses on seasonality and flavor profiles that challenge the norm.
Our Breakfast, Sandwiches & Burgers
Everything we do is made fresh to order when you come to our restaurant. In addition to our biscuits baked fresh in-house daily we source meats that are bred, raised, and fed the right way. That’s why they taste better! Our beef is antibiotic and hormone free 100% Black Angus. We serve all natural, cage free chicken & eggs that are antibiotic and hormone free as well. The menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating food that appeals to both novice and extreme foodie through classic comfort fare with a twist. When guests dine with Joe Donut, we want it to be more than just a meal, we want it to be an experience. Our focus is on the quality and taste of our food, consistent presentation, and great customer service.
